Generations of Grace is blessed with a humble team of leaders who help our church to be who God has called us to be. We are thankful that each one lives as a follower of Christ whom others can follow as they lead us in unity and purpose. Click on the pictures below to send an email.
Pastor Kathy Tack
Kathy is our Lead Pastor. She has a passion for reaching people of all ages with the life-changing message of Christ. Pastor Kathy led the planting of our church in Lebanon in 2014. Prior to that, she served on staff at Grace Place in Hermitage for 7 years. She is ordained through the Church of God, Anderson. Pastor Kathy and Allen live in Lebanon and have been married for 30 + years. They have 2 adult children, Kelsey (married to Weston) and Ryan, and three grandchildren, Alaina, Easton and Wyatt.
Allen Tack
Allen leads our Worship Ministry, and he serves as an elder of Generations. He is gifted as a leader and musician. His goal is for worship to be accessible to everyone, turning spectators into worshipers. Allen works in security operations. As our Pastor's husband, he helps to support our church family in many ways.
Susan Whitehead
Susan is our Treasurer and serves as an elder of Generations. She oversees our finances in addition to leading our welcome team. Susan is a gifted intercessor and enjoys serving our church wherever there is a need. Susan and Greg live in Lebanon. They have 4 children, who are grown and married (Mikki, Will, Brooke, and Stephanie) and 7 grandchildren (Kaylee, Jacob, Josh, Miette, Amelia, James and Sophia).
Jennifer Garnto
Jennifer serves Generations as our bookkeeper. She keeps track of the finances for the church as well as helping out with other administrative tasks. She also leads a support group for those who live with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS). Jennifer has a degree in IT from Florida State University. She and her husband Tim live in Lebanon with their son Joshua.
Margo Rothe
Margo joined the Generations staff in 2025 as our GenKids Director. She is a student at Vol State and a preschool teacher. Margo brings her giftedness with children and passion for the Lord together to support our families as they disciple their children. She serves on our worship team as well. Margo is from the middle Tennessee area and lives in Lebanon with her family and dog Milo.
